📌 Lesson Policies & Guidelines

• Standard Lesson Duration: 60 minutes per session.

  • 1 Lesson/week plan: 4 sessions/month

  • 2 Lessons/week plan: 8 sessions/month

• Fixed Schedule: Lesson times are agreed upon and scheduled at registration (e.g., Every Tuesday, 21:00–22:00).

• Rescheduling: Please inform us in advance if you need to reschedule your lesson.

• Make-up Lessons: In the event of unavoidable absences, make-up lessons can only be arranged within the same calendar month (cannot be carried over to the next month).

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 3 hours of the scheduled start time will be marked as an absence and are not eligible for make-up lessons.

• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late to a session, the missed time will be deducted from your total lesson (the session end time will not be extended).
