📌 Lesson Policies & Guidelines

• Standard Lesson Duration: 60 minutes per session.

  • 1 Lesson/week plan: 4 sessions/month

  • 2 Lessons/week plan: 8 sessions/month

• Fixed Schedule: Class slots are agreed upon at registration (e.g., Every Tuesday, 21:00–22:00).

• Rescheduling: Please notify us in advance if your group needs to adjust a scheduled session.

• Make-up Lessons: If a session is missed due to unavoidable circumstances, make-up classes can only be arranged within the same calendar month (cannot be carried over to the following month).

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 3 hours of the scheduled start time are counted as an absence and are ineligible for make-up lessons.

• Late Arrivals: If your group joins late, the missed time is deducted from the total session (the lesson end time will not be extended).
