📌 Lesson Policies & Guidelines

• Standard Lesson Duration: 60 minutes per session.

  • 2 Lessons/week plan: 8 sessions/month (4 Conversation + 4 JLPT)

  • 4 Lessons/week plan: 16 sessions/month (8 Conversation + 8 JLPT)

• Fixed Schedule: Lesson slots are agreed upon at registration (e.g., Tuesdays: Conversation, Thursdays: JLPT, 21:00–22:00).

• Rescheduling: Please notify us in advance if schedule adjustments are needed.

• Make-up Lessons: If a lesson is missed due to unavoidable circumstances, make-up classes can only be arranged within the same calendar month (cannot be carried over to the following month).

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 3 hours of the scheduled start time are counted as an absence and are ineligible for make-up lessons.

• Late Arrivals: If you join late, the missed time is deducted from the lesson (the lesson end time will not be extended).
