📌 Lesson Policies & Guidelines

• Standard Lesson Duration: 60 minutes per session.

  • 1 Lesson/week plan: 4 sessions/month

  • 2 Lessons/week plan: 8 sessions/month

• Fixed Schedule: Lesson times are fixed upon registration (e.g., Every Tuesday, 21:00–22:00).

• Rescheduling: Please notify us in advance if you need to reschedule your class.

• Make-up Lessons: In the event of unavoidable absences, make-up lessons can only be arranged within the same calendar month (cannot be rolled over to the next month).

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 3 hours of the scheduled start time are counted as an absence and are ineligible for make-up sessions.

• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, the missed time will be deducted from your total session (the lesson end time will remain unchanged).
